1. Who We Are

OFW Exit (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a sole proprietorship. Our flagship product is OFW Exit Blueprint, a digital ebook and accompanying bonus materials (“the Product”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Product and any other digital products we offer.

By purchasing or accessing any OFW Exit product, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

2. The Product

OFW Exit Blueprint is an educational digital product consisting of an ebook and bonus tools (including but not limited to calculators, templates, and planning documents) designed to help Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) build freelance income before returning home permanently.

The Product is delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to download the ebook and bonus files. No physical product is shipped.

The Product is educational and informational in nature. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, immigration, or career advice specific to your situation, and it does not guarantee employment, clients, income, or any other outcome.

3. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

Any specific results, timelines, or income figures referenced in our marketing materials — these are exceptional results and are not typical of the average buyer.

We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty, express or implied, that you will achieve any particular income, timeline, or result by purchasing or using the Product. Your results depend on factors entirely within your own control and outside ours, including but not limited to your effort, consistency, existing skills, available time, market conditions, and circumstances specific to your situation.

Testimonials and case studies, where used, describe the experiences of specific individuals and are not implied guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.

4. Refund Policy — The “You Tried It” Guarantee

We offer the following guarantee on OFW Exit Blueprint:

If you (a) open and complete the MSIN (Minimum Safe Income Number) Calculator using your real figures, and (b) complete the first month of the 90-Day Safe Exit Action Plan, and you still do not have clarity on your exit number, your skill direction, and your first steps — we will refund your purchase in full.

How to claim your refund:

  • Email support@ofwexit.com within 30 days of your original purchase date, requesting a refund under the “You Tried It” Guarantee.

  • We do not require proof, screenshots, or documentation that you completed the steps above. Your word is sufficient. We will not ask follow-up questions about why the Product did not work for you.

  • Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window will be reviewed at our discretion and are not covered by this guarantee.

Processing timeline:

Once your refund request is received and confirmed, we will process it within 5–7 business days on our end. The time it takes for the refunded amount to actually appear in your account or on your card depends on your bank or payment provider, and is outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider after we have submitted the refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (via PayPal or card). We do not offer cash, credit, or alternate payment method refunds.

This guarantee applies to the core OFW Exit Blueprint product only. If bonus items are sold separately in the future, their refund terms will be stated at the point of sale.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through PayPal. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full payment card or bank account details — these are handled entirely by PayPal under its own terms and privacy practices.

Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) unless otherwise stated. If you are paying from outside the Philippines, currency conversion and any related fees are determined by PayPal and your card issuer, not by us.

6. License to Use the Product

When you purchase OFW Exit Blueprint, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own individual purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish the Product or any of its contents, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

All content, frameworks, calculators, and materials within the Product remain the intellectual property of OFW Exit.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFW Exit are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase, access, or use of the Product, including but not limited to lost income, lost opportunities, or financial decisions made based on the Product's content.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of the Product for your own circumstances and for any actions you take, or decisions you make, including decisions about your employment, finances, or relocation, based on information in the Product.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting active guarantee claims will not be applied retroactively to purchases made before the change.
